PAYMENT METHOD

• We require 50% Down Payment of the Total Invoice as deposit at the time the order is placed, and remaining 50% after shipment upon receiving scanned or faxed copy Bill of Lading.
• With order value less than 2000USD , Full payment is requested before production
• We accept payment by T/T (Telegraphic Transfer)or PAYPAL(for small order only )
• We are not responsible for any charge in transferring process

MINIMUM ORDER

• We accept wholesale order with Total value up to US$500

SAMPLE ORDER

• To ensure quality of our drums , sample order is always welcomed
• For Sample order ,we normally send by UPS, or By Air
• If you have any courier account for Collect payment (DHL/UPS/TNT/FedEx, etc),please provide us .

PRODUCTION TIME

• Production time will depends on the quantity of your order and its complexity
  but normally our production time are as followes:

REFUND

• When Down Payment is made, there is no refund or cancellation in this order

Blasted Drums

• During long period of transportation by sea , there might be some damages on the head of the Djembe/drums (blasted skin) .
• Please send us the photos of the blasted Drums within 10 days of arrival , we shall send you the replacement of skins in your next order
• Inform us any other problems you might have during delivery of our djembe/drums and we will keep for future records
